You start the process by making impressions of your teeth using the impression material in your kit (Don’t worry! The instructions are included and very easy to follow).
Then you send your impressions in the pre-paid envelope to a lab. A few days later you’ll receive your custom-fitted whitening trays, which have been hand crafted by a Smile Brilliant Lab Technician, and a carrying case to put them in.

After receiving your custom trays you can then start your teeth whitening experience!
The very first time I applied the gel it irritated the gums a bit. I think I just got super excited though and added too much gel because the next few times I used it I decreased the amount of gel and didn’t have any irritation at all.
The amount of time needed ranges anywhere from 15 minutes to 3 hours. The longer you use it the quicker the stains will be removed. I found that in about 7 days, spread out over two weeks, and using the gel 45 minutes each time has gotten the results I’m happy with.
Out of the three syringes of gel that came with the kit I have one left to use again when I feel that I need it. They are good for up to a year, maximized to 2 years if kept in the refrigerator. You can also order more than the three either when first placing your order or after you completely run out.
I found that the Smile Brilliant Teeth Whitening System is a very affordable alternative and an impressive treatment compared to paying for it at a dentist’s office.
