Buffalo Chicken Bites

Buffalo Chicken Bites | Life With Garnish

Hi There! Thanks so much to Adrian for having me on her fabulous blog. Today I wanted to share an appetizer recipe that is easy and delicious but also perfect for entertaining: Buffalo Chicken Bites. I highly recommend making these for the Super Bowl party you may be hosting/attending in a few weeks… even if you’re just there for the commercials, like me ;-) Best of all, this recipe uses minimal dishes, so cleanup is a breeze.

I’m a bit of a wimp about spice, but if you can handle the heat, feel free to use the Hot Tomatoes & Chilies version of Ro*Tel!

This Buffalo Chicken Bites recipe is also very easy to double (or triple, depending on how many men you have in the house).

If you don’t have fillo shells, you can make them out of regular fillo dough pretty easily using this tutorial: I did this a few weeks prior and froze them to use this month.

They’re best hot out of the oven, but you can make the chicken mixture ahead of time and refrigerate until you’re ready to fill the shells and bake.
