This classic deli wraps recipe is great for those nights that you just don’t want to cook. I had one of those nights last night.
It literally took me about 15 minutes to whip these little delicious bad boys up and pass them around. Served them with a banana, an apple and two store bought chocolate chip cookies a piece.
BAM, supper AND dessert D.O.N.E. in 15!
Don’t think the kids missed out on anything either. They loved them.
BTW, we’ve had cereal night before too. And PB&J night. And even popcorn night. Yep, we’ve come in from working in the yard all day on a hot summer day, popped us up a couple of bowls of homemade bag popcorn, watched a t.v. show while we tiredly munched on said popcorn, took showers and went to bed. I ain’t ashamed. When you don’t feel like cooking? DON’T COOK!
But last night was classic deli wraps night! These definitely have all the above beat though and don’t take much longer to fix either

- 1 (8oz) fat free cream cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp dill pickle relish
- 6 (8-inch) flour tortillas
- 1 ½ cups romaine lettuce, shredded
- 1 large tomato, diced
- 8oz deli turkey, sliced
- ¾ cup fat free Swiss cheese, shredded
- In a bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, mustard, honey and relish.
- Spread the mixture evenly over the tortilla shells, spreading within ¼ inch of edge.
- Sprinkle ¼ cup shredded lettuce over each.
- Place 2oz turkey slice over each.
- Sprinkle 2 tbsp cheese over each.
- Divide diced tomatoes evenly over each.
- Roll each tortilla tightly.
- Cut each wrap diagonally in half.
Yum! These look so fresh and tasty! Thanks for sharing!
These wraps look great! Yep, I remember nights (when my mom and my youngest were both not doing well health-wise) that my dad and I would meet up in the kitchen exhausted from the long day and just look at each other… “Nachos?” We’d give a chuckle and that would be our dinner. Sometimes, that’s just how life is… Thanks for sharing at the #HomeMattersParty
We hope to see you next week!

These wraps looks delicious especially with the honey and mustard. I pinned them onto Wonderful Wed. Blog Hop Board.

It’s THIS easy?!?! I’m going to try this! BTW – in addition to cereal night and pb & j night, we’ve had hard boiled egg night at our house!
LOL…I LOVE it! Hard boiled egg night? I’m for sure going to put that night in…maybe even tonight since the hubby has to work:) Thanks for the idea!
