These delicious caramel apples from Christina at Mama’s High Strung. One thing I never liked about caramel apples growing up was how sweet the caramel would be. It would totally take over the apple! I love the idea of making your own caramel to enhance and control the flavors a little more.

I selected this Crockpot Beef and Mushroom Stew recipe from Britney over at The Princess and Her Cowboys because I have an unnatural love for crockpot recipes. Any recipe that I can throw together in the morning and have ready in the evening for dinner is my favorite kind of recipe. This crockpot recipe is loaded with flavor and a cinch to put together.
