I’ve been seeing pumpkin recipes popping up all over the blog world the past week or so and although my kids and I love pumpkin anytime of year it’s unusual to start seeing these recipes until fall.
I figured since this pumpkin chocolate chip bread is one of the recipes I was going to share using homemade baking mix I would go ahead and share it now. There really is no sense in making something complicated when you and your family does decide to start eating pumpkin desserts for the fall season. This recipe takes less than 10 minutes of prep work because you will already have the base of the recipe mixed together.
Just measure a few ingredients into your homemade baking mix that you have made ahead of time and in no time at all you and your family will be enjoying this delicious pumpkin chocolate chip bread!
Although the name implies that it’s bread, it’s really a delectable dessert!
Shhhh, if you don’t say anything, I won’t:)
